By requesting a service from HICHFRAME, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all real estate photography and visual services provided to agents, owners, and developers.
2. Booking & Communication
All sessions are arranged directly through phone, text, or the website contact form. A session is considered confirmed only after HICHFRAME provides written confirmation. Availability may vary based on schedule, location, and project requirements.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no‑shows may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Property Readiness
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is fully prepared before the session begins. HICHFRAME does not provide cleaning, staging, or decluttering services. Delays caused by property readiness may affect the session or result in additional charges.
5. Delivery of Final Files
Edited images and deliverables are provided digitally through a secure online gallery. Delivery times follow the turnaround communicated during booking and may vary based on project size or add‑ons.
6. Usage Rights
HICHFRAME retains full copyright to all images and visual content. Clients receive a non‑exclusive license to use the images for real estate marketing purposes only. Images may not be resold, transferred, or used for unrelated commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may delay access to final files.
9. Weather Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled in cases of severe weather. Cloudy or overcast conditions do not qualify for free rescheduling.
10. Liability
HICHFRAME is not responsible for:
- Property conditions
- Items lost or damaged during the session
- Delays caused by access issues or client preparation
HICHFRAME will always operate with professionalism and care during all sessions.
